§ 1
Foals by DWB graded mares and breedsires must be chipmarked and have a DWB passport.
§ 2
Offspring by a DWB graded mare and a stallion who was not on the official DWB stallion list in the year of covering/AI cannot get a DWB passport, not even if the horse in question is graded withing DWB.
In certain occasions the Board can make exemptions from the above.
